Terms and Conditions
The store is operated by [Vurix] ("Vurix", "we", "us"), registered in Pakistan. You can reach us through our contact page or at [Vurixstore@gmail.com].
1. Who can order
You may place an order if you are 18 or older, or if you have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have the account holder's permission to use it.
2. Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, used fraudulently, or used to place repeated orders that are never collected or paid for.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but two things are worth knowing before you order.
First, screens render colour differently. The exact shade of a garment may vary from how it appears on your device, and a variation in shade alone is not a fault.
Second, our garments are produced in batches. Small differences in finish, stitching, measurement and shade between individual pieces are a normal consequence of how they are made and are not defects.
Fragrance is sold sealed. Descriptions of a scent are necessarily subjective and are not a guarantee that you will like it.
4. Stock
Stock shown on the store is indicative rather than a reservation. An item can sell out between your adding it to the cart and completing payment. Where an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund that item in full, or offer a replacement if you prefer.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and are the prices payable at the time you order. Shipping, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Where a product shows a reduced price alongside a higher struck-through figure, the higher figure is the price at which we ordinarily offer that item outside a promotional period. Promotions run for the period stated and may be ended or extended at our discretion.
We take care with pricing, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price and the error is one you could reasonably have noticed, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
6. How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive immediately afterwards acknowledges that we have received that offer; it does not by itself mean we have accepted it.
The contract between us comes into existence only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. Until that point we may decline or cancel all or part of an order where:
- the item is out of stock;
- the price or description was published in error;
- we cannot verify your payment details or delivery address;
- the delivery address is outside the areas we serve; or
- we reasonably suspect fraud, or a breach of these terms.
Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount charged.
7. Payment
Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount is payable to the courier on receipt. Orders placed on cash on delivery that are repeatedly refused at the door may result in that method being withdrawn from your account.
8. Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order at no cost at any point before it is dispatched — contact us through the contact page as soon as possible and we will stop it if we can. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, and the return process in our Return and Shipping Policy applies instead.
9. Delivery
We deliver throughout Pakistan. Orders over Rs 5,000 are shipped free of charge; below that threshold the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery timeframes given on the store and in our Return and Shipping Policy are estimates provided by our courier, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, strikes, civil disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.
10. Returns and refunds
Our Return and Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. In summary, you may return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions set out in that policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this store to do anything unlawful; to interfere with its operation, security or availability; to attempt to gain access to areas you are not authorised to reach; to scrape, copy or systematically extract its content; or to place orders fraudulently or in another person's name.
You may not purchase our products for commercial resale without our written agreement.
12. Intellectual property
The Vurix name, logo and branding, the designs of our garments, and the photography, text and layout of this store belong to us or are used by us under licence. They are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view, download and print pages from this store for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or publish any part of it, or use our branding on your own products or materials, without our prior written permission.
13. Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including on this store and on social media, without payment or attribution.
You confirm that anything you send is your own, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or obscene. We may remove any content at our discretion.
14. Third-party links and services
This store links to and relies on services operated by others — payment providers, couriers, and social platforms among them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your information. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
15. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, however arising. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
We provide this store as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.
16. Events outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms, and not liable for delay or failure to perform, where that delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control — including courier failure, supplier failure, strikes, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, government action or the failure of public infrastructure.
17. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
19. If part of these terms cannot be enforced
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right on one occasion is not a waiver of that right.
20. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed through this store, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts.
